Ire Aderinokun won’t be at CSSConf AU 2018 due to non-issuance of visa
Nigerian Frontend Developer & UI Designer, Ire Aderinokun won’t be at the 2018 edition of CSSConf in Australia due to non-issuance of visa.
This was disclosed by the organizers of the “one-day, community conference dedicated to the designers, developers, and other CSS aficionados building the world’s most engaging user interfaces.”
Australia’s Bureau of Immigration hasn’t given any reason why Ire wasn’t issued a visa despite meeting all the requirements and having ample time for processing, the organizers said.
Just like the organizers, I’m miffed 😥😥 Ire won’t be attending the event to share her wealth of knowledge with the world, once again, and connect with other software developers from across the globe.
